Biographical Notes

Born in Hartford Connecticut in 1959 Jennifer Moller received her BA from the University of Connecticut in 1981 and earned an MFA in Studio Arts in 2003. She is an accomplished photographer and videographer. She worked as an editorial photographer in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 1989 until 2000. Her client list includes, MS Magazine, Mothering Magazine, Outside Magazine, and The SantaFean Magazine. She taught at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops from 1997-2000. The course work was in professional photographic skills and concepts through weeklong workshops.


She has exhibited fine art photography and drawing work in juried shows in Seattle, Washington, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Portland, Maine and Provincetown, Massachusetts. She has been recognized by the New Mexico Press Association and recieved grant support from the Massachusetts Arts Council. Most recently she qualified as a finalist in video by the Massachusetts Cultural Council in 2005.
Her video projection installations and video shorts (work created for monitors) have been exhibited in Portland Maine, Boston and at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum. She continues to teach video and new media courses at the Art Institute of Boston. She also teaches summer workshops nationally.
